💆‍♀️💆‍♂️ Taking care of your mental health can mean different things to different people. It could be practicing mindfulness, getting enough sleep, reaching out to a friend, or seeking professional help. Whatever it is, know that it's okay to prioritize your mental health.
Wy way of maintaining mental balance every day are:
- I don't worry about things that I have no control over
- I cut myself off from toxic relationships
-I started putting myself on the priority list (it was heave one)

👉💬 Let's use today to start conversations about mental health, check in on our loved ones, and spread awareness. Remember, it's okay to not be okay, and there is no shame in asking for help.

Today it's been exactly 6 years since I have been supporting businesses and creators by drawing.
🎉🥂🎂
On this occasion, I have collected 6 lessons for 6 years in RysAnka's drawing business, which I would like to hear at the beginning of my journey.

1. MINDSET - it all starts in your head! - Your mindset, your attitude makes a huge difference in every step of the business! Thoughts, beliefs, inner critic and imposter syndrome are always with you, no matter how many years you've been in business.... But that doesn't mean it's true! As my mentor says - "new level - new devil".

2. passion is NOT enough - you need a precise goal and a vision - a road without a vision is like a journey without a map, but additional you also need - determination, consistency in action and tenacity. Don't turn back halfway!

3. good work organization and the ability to say NO! - Allows you to have time for everything important without burning out.
To this day, I remember the inquiry at 11:00 pm on Saturday and the message immediately on Sunday at 7 am with complaints that I did not answer 😅 - sorry, but I will never work like this 🙂 #myway- I deeply respect the time and deadline of my clients - but on weekends I am unavailable to anyone except my relatives.

4. relationship is the key! With the client, with other people in the industry and beyond, but also support at home. It is also reliable and essential to have a person to talk about business dilemmas because I assure you that you are not a unique person with unique problems-others have them too 🙂

5. celebrating small successes - is MEGA important. To stop for a moment, to notice you progress and changes, to make life and work more fun 🙂

6. there is never a perfect moment! Start here and now, with what you have and know - the rest will come out " during the wash” - like we say in Poland!
Something will always happen, and if something collapses, it is likely to snowball from different directions (life experience). Flexibility is the key. Take care of the things you can influence and do what you have to do as much as you can - leave everything else to people who like to worry and complain.
