It was virtual event on zoom. Visual notes were shown on the end of every speech for a quick recap. Thanks to that participants could go back to presented content one more time. And after the event they can easily go back to this and share knowledge with team members and colleagues. 

This allows the content to live longer and engages the participants and stimulates discussion on the topic.

All event was all about:

• HR Summit is an exchange of experiences and practices on how companies in Poland support people from Ukraine – by employing them and their families and by helping refugees in various ways.
• HR Summit is practitioners talking about concerns, dilemmas, good and bad solutions and preparing companies for the next influx of refugees.
• HR Summit is about moving “from words to deeds”, from costless declarations to the effort of hiring and building Polish-Ukrainian teams.

This is another HR event organized by LHH Polska. This time the issues were raised in the context of the current difficult geopolitical situation in Ukraine. The war with Russia has caused a massive influx of refugees to Poland.

They looked at how the situation in Ukraine affects HR departments and companies in Poland – which companies have already hired Ukrainian citizens and what worked well in organizing work for multinational teams. They also talked about the reasons why many companies declaring full diversity & inclusion in practice are not ready for such cooperation and what the basic problem really is.
