…I advise you to think about few things beforhand:
- When and how will you be showing the sketchnotes to the audience?
- What kind of technical possibilities does the venue has in which the event takes place?
- Do you need to share the visual notess to social media during the event?
- How are the sketchnotes shared to the audience after the event?

2. What I need from you:
PRE-event
- A deposit of 50% agreed fee is reruired to secure dates.
- Info & reading material on your discussion topics (link to event’s website, agenda)
- Presentation slides (not necceserly, but it’s always nice to have :))
- Profile pictures of speakers to create portraits.
- Contact to technical team
Event DAY
- Power point (to charge iPad and phone)
- Chair & table (roughly 2 x 4ft).
- Wifi
- Current agenda of event

IPad and technical details:
The iPad has 4:3 aspect ratio (Sometimes the iPad causes some troubles with its HCDP decoding but usually there’s a way to fix it.). The projector has to provide HD quality and the HDMI cables need to be long enough. I’m bringing my onw adapter.
It is also possible to display image via apple tv and wifi, but sometimes these solutions are not effective – it interrupts the connection due to the large number of participants using wifi at the same time.
The best solution is to give me contact to team of technical support of the event, we will find the best solution with them. It save you time and trouble. I will come back to you with ready options.
