FAQ - How it works

Questions People Ask Before Booking

How much does this typically cost?

Investment varies based on session length (half-day vs. full-day vs. multi-day), location (Paris/Europe in-person vs. remote), and programme complexity (single session vs. multi-month engagement).

As a reference point:
Most clients investing €5K–€50K+ in transformation consulting or strategy facilitation find that adding strategic graphic recording is a fractional cost increase that significantly improves alignment and execution.

We discuss specific pricing on the intro call once I understand your needs.

Do I need to prepare anything before the intro call?

No preparation required. It helps if you can briefly describe:
- What transformation project or strategic work you're leadingbr> - The critical decision moment coming up (workshop, offsite, sprint, etc.)
- Roughly when it's happening (even if dates aren't locked)

But we'll figure out the details together on the call.

What if I'm not sure this is the right fit for my project?

That's exactly what the intro call is for. I'll tell you honestly if strategic graphic recording isn't the right tool for your situation—it's not appropriate for every meeting.

This work is best for decision-heavy moments where clarity matters more than speed, and where misalignment has real cost (months of delay, stakeholder confusion, execution stalls).

If it's not a fit, I'll say so. No hard feelings.

Can you work on transformation programmes over multiple months?

Yes - for select clients.

Some transformation programmes involve quarterly strategy reviews, stakeholder alignment sessions, or phase-gate decision points over 6-18 months.

In those cases, the visual maps build on each other, creating a strategic narrative that shows: where we started, what we decided, how we adapted, where we are now.

This is particularly valuable when leadership changes mid-programme or new stakeholders join after key decisions were made.

Do you travel outside of Paris?

Yes. I frequently work with clients across Europe (London, Brussels, Geneva, Amsterdam, Warsaw) and can travel for the right projects.

For global clients, I offer remote visual partnership using digital tools that integrate seamlessly with virtual meetings. Participants see the map evolve on their screens in real time.

Travel logistics and costs are discussed case-by-case on the intro call.

How is this different from hiring a graphic facilitator?

I don't facilitate the session—I work alongside facilitators and consultants.

You (or your facilitation partner) lead the strategic conversation. I capture the decisions, tensions, and relationships visually as they emerge.

This means:
- Your facilitator stays focused on managing the room
- I stay focused on making the thinking visible
- The group gets both: expert facilitation AND real-time decision mapping

Can you sign an NDA?

Absolutely. I work with high-stakes transformation projects where discretion is paramount and am accustomed to signing NDAs prior to the briefing.

Digital maps are stored on encrypted, offline local drives, and I can provide references from previous confidential engagements upon request.
